Farm to Patient
Our fresh food program connects you with a free box of organic, locally grown fruits and vegetables twice a month throughout the growing season. You’ll also get simple recipes, nutrition education, and support for making healthy changes that fit your life.
Fresh produce can make a real difference in how you feel. At each pick-up, our Community Health Workers are there to answer questions and cheer you on.
Chronic Pain Group
This is an 8-week, ongoing, small group program to help reduce and manage chronic pain. New research shows the brain plays a bigger role in pain than we once thought—even after the body has healed. Pain Reprocessing Therapy works with that connection to help reduce pain for good. In this small-group program, you’ll:
- Learn how the brain processes pain
- Understand your own pain experience
- Build skills to retrain your brain and get relief

NorthLakes pharmacies can fill prescriptions from NorthLakes doctors and nurse practitioners.
For many medications, we work to get you the lowest price possible.

Closed daily: 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm
Most prescriptions are ready the same day, but some may take up to three days.

Paying for Care
We work with you to find ways to pay. We accept Medicaid/BadgerCare, Medicare, and most insurance. We can help you get insurance and apply for our Sliding Fee.

If you are having an emergency, call 9-1-1. To talk with a nurse, call your local clinic and choose option 2. For after-hours help, call (888) 834-4551.
Extra Support
Life can be complicated. We listen and may be able to help with things like rides to appointments, food, housing, family needs, and paying for care.
