Professional Interests

Kelsey is passionate about people, and the ways that they can actively impact their own lives. Professionally she trained in marriage and family therapy and describes herself as a strengths based therapist, with integrated influences. Kelsey is interested in families and societal systems as well as the impacts of trauma, specifically how all people hold emotional experience in their physical bodies and how we can work with our bodies physiology to overcome trauma.

Personal Interests

Kelsey loves to be outside with her husband and four children tending their farm, hiking, camping, canoeing or skiing. Indoors she enjoys sewing, and snuggling with her kids.
