NorthLakes Clinics
Care for All
NorthLakes Community Clinic is a federally-qualified community health center. This means we:
- accept insurance including Medicaid (BadgerCare and HealthyMichigan), Medicare, and Children’s Health Insurance Program.
- do not deny services based on a person’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, or inability to pay.
- offer discounted fees for patients who qualify.
HRSA Health Center Program
This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and covered individuals. Services are offered on a sliding-fee scale basis for qualifying patients. Learn More
