Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is movement-based care that can help reduce pain, improve how you move, and build strength.
Your therapist creates a plan based on your goals. They use a hands-on approach and work with you to do exercises and stretches that help you move easier and feel stronger. Some therapists also use dry needling and other tools. You’ll work in a safe and encouraging space and get exercises you can continue to do at home.
Physical therapy can help with:
- Arthritis
- Back pain
- Long-term pain
- Foot and ankle pain
- Headaches and jaw pain
- Sprains and sore joints
- Neck and shoulder pain
- Pregnancy-related issues
- Recovery before or after surgery
- Sports injuries
- Car accident injuries and whiplash
Physical Therapy for Kids
We have several physical therapists that work just with kids. They help relieve pain and develop strength and range of motion. Our goal is to help children overcome challenges and build confidence.

Paying for Care
We work with you to find ways to pay. We accept Medicaid/BadgerCare, Medicare, and most insurance. We can help you get insurance and apply for our Sliding Fee.
Nurse Line
If you are having an emergency, call 9-1-1. To talk with a nurse, call your local clinic and choose option 2. For after-hours help, call (888) 834-4551.
Extra Support
Life can be complicated. We listen and may be able to help with things like rides to appointments, food, housing, family needs, and paying for care.
