Professional Interests

The area where I have the most experience is working alongside adults with substance use disorder. Other interests include working with the elderly and aging and transitions in life that come with it. I would say my approach to therapy is integrated, meaning I use different parts of many theories to best help the client in front of me and meet their needs. I believe it is important to learn about a client’s strengths and motivations in order to help them in meeting their goals, whatever those may be.
