Patient Advice

The advice I would give to patients is to expect not only discussing medication for treatment of your mental health issues, but counseling and education regarding the medication and things you can do to improve your mood, anxiety and life. Psychiatry is so much more than medication, it is the understanding that change and health is found within the individual and helping them make choices to improve their health.
