NorthLakes brings preventive dental care into schools, childcare centers, WIC offices, and nursing homes, making it easier for children and older adults to receive care where they already are.
Our licensed dental professionals provide services such as oral health assessments, fluoride varnish, dental sealants, oral health education, and dental supplies.
Our dental outreach services are free for every child, regardless of insurance status.
- We send a report home after each visit with the services provided.
- If we find signs of decay, we send a referral home with information about the findings and recommended next steps.

Seal-A-Smile in Schools
NorthLakes operates the Seal-A-Smile program throughout northern Wisconsin, bringing preventive dental care to children in schools.
During the 2025-26 academic year, our team served 285 schools in 83 school districts.
Childcare, WIC & Nursing Homes
NorthLakes also provides preventive dental care for children and older adults who may otherwise face barriers such as transportation, distance, or difficulty getting to a dental clinic.
