As a Federally Qualified Health Center, NorthLakes is governed by a patient-majority board of directors. Board members help oversee our mission, strategy and organizational priorities while representing the communities we serve.

To help ensure our board reflects our communities, membership includes people from throughout our service area and a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

At least 51% of our board members are NorthLakes patients.
