Patient Advice

I appreciate it if people write down what they eat for about three days because that is very helpful. My biggest piece of advice for consumers is don't avoid seeing me because you feel you will be criticized for what you eat... I think many people come to see a dietitian and think I will be judgemental and unkind. We just start where people are, and go from there.
