“This event is one of our favorite traditions,” said Ana Tochterman, NorthLakes CEO. “It’s a chance to connect with the community in a more personal way and show our appreciation for the relationships that make our work meaningful.”NorthLakes Community Clinic has been part of the Lakewood community since 1978 and has hosted community appreciation events like this for several years as a way to bring people together outside the clinic setting. As one of the original clinic sites that helped form NorthLakes, the Lakewood clinic continues to play an important role in expanding access to care and supporting the health of the surrounding rural communities. “Events like this are a reflection of our commitment to the community,” said Cori Frisch, clinic manager in Lakewood. “We’re proud to be part of Lakewood, and this is a great way to bring people together and celebrate that connection.”
