Any and all cognitive, mood, and/or behavioral symptoms are welcome for consultation. There are no concerns that are too minor or major to explore. PMHNPs are "lifespan" certified, and services are accessible to patients of any age. We especially welcome specialty groups such as military veterans (active or retired) and parents seeking services for children/adolescents.

Personal Interests

Too many to list...Individual and family time being active—doing just about anything outdoors in warmer weather. Antiquing and craft fairs are a favorite any time of year!

Patient Advice

You are not alone. What has happened or is happening, can and does change. Having hope, developing a plan (that may need to be revised and revised again) and taking action are all necessary to facilitate change. It is doable. It takes time, give yourself grace. Before we meet for the first time, it is most helpful to think about what symptoms are causing trouble, create a list of current and past providers (psychiatric and medical) as well as all current and past, mood/behavior-related medications with doses.
