Personal Interests

Spending time with family, laughing, a wide variety of music, singing, spending time outdoors, bird watching, fishing (especially Bass) and playing with my dogs and horses.

Patient Advice

Be proud of yourself for reaching out. I think there's a big stigma that asking for help can be seen as weakness and I think it's quite the opposite. It's a huge strength.
