Ellen takes a trauma-informed, holistic and whole-person approach to care with her peers. She draws upon her experience with living sober to connect her peers with resources and care that benefits them in achieving their goals along their wellness journey. Ellen also has served 8 years in the United States Air Force.

Personal Interests

Ellen's personal interests include art therapy, partaking in outdoor activities all throughout the year, mechanics, connecting one-on-one with people, spending time with family, spirituality, recovery activities, and has a love for learning.

My advice for my peers would be if you're struggling, reach out, we're here. Our doors are open to you to meet you right where you're at. Let us walk with you as you navigate in recovery.
